Traditional agriculture in Morocco is organized in a substantially different way from the way it is organized in European and western countries, due in large part to the scarcity of water. You can learn about the cultivation of herbs, palm plantations and dates, and also visit an old mill where the purest olive oil is made. At the end of this workshop you can prepare yourself a traditional tea with the fresh herbs of your choice.
