Surf in Morocco
Morocco is a country that offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities. With towering mountain ranges, a vast and breathtaking desert, bustling cities and medinas, this country is also known for its paradisiacal beaches, sought after by amateur and professional surfers from around the world.
From Essaouira to Agadir, there is a wide range of beaches ideal for those looking to enjoy the warm climate and practice water sports, including: Taghazout, Imsouane, Tamri, and Sidi Kaouki—each of these fishing villages offers a unique and peaceful atmosphere.
Beyond Agadir, you’ll also find many beautiful beaches such as Sidi Ifni, Mirleft, and Legzira. As you travel further south, you’ll notice the sand becoming finer and the water more vibrant and blue.
In all these locations, it’s possible to rent surfing equipment at affordable prices and even take lessons.
Price: Around 20 Euros for a wetsuit + surfboard for half a day, and 30 Euros for a full day (depending on the location).
