Siroco Tours is operated by SOCIÉTÉ MONO TOURS, S.A.R.L., with registered office at 4 Rue Al Yarmouke, Casablanca 20100, Morocco. We organise private, customised tours in Morocco. The services described in your quote are provided by us and by carefully selected local partners (accommodation, drivers, guides, and activity providers) under our coordination.

Offerter och bokningsbekräftelse

A quote is an invitation to book, not a confirmed reservation, until we receive the requested deposit and send written confirmation (email is sufficient). Please check dates, traveller names, pick-up points, inclusions, and exclusions carefully before paying. Once confirmed, those details become the basis of your booking unless we both agree a change in writing.

Betalningar

To confirm a booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour price (all bookings). Bookings are only secured after this deposit is received and we send written confirmation. An additional 25% non-refundable payment is also due at confirmation for group travel and for 5-star / luxury travel. For groups of more than 15 people only, a further 25% non-refundable payment is due 30 days before the trip start date. The remaining balance may be paid at any time, including in Morocco on arrival. Exact amounts are shown in your quote. Payments may be made by the methods we indicate (for example bank transfer).

Vad som ingår och inte ingår

Each quote lists inclusions and exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, private tours typically include private transport with driver/guide as described, accommodation on the meal basis stated, and the activities listed. Personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, international flights, visas, entrance fees not listed, and optional extras are usually excluded. If something is unclear, ask us before confirming.

Avbokning från din sida

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. The 25% confirmation deposit is non-refundable once paid. Where applicable, the additional 25% due at confirmation for group travel and 5-star / luxury travel, and the additional 25% due 30 days before departure for groups of more than 15 people, are also non-refundable once due or paid. Any remaining balance you have already paid beyond those required non-refundable instalments will be refunded if you cancel before the corresponding due dates, unless your quote states otherwise or non-refundable supplier costs were committed with your approval. No-shows are not refunded for amounts already due or paid under this schedule. We will confirm the refund calculation in writing and return eligible amounts to the original payer where practical.

Avbokning eller större ändring från vår sida

If we must cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us for the cancelled services, or — if you prefer and we can arrange it — an alternative itinerary of comparable value. If a major change is needed before departure (for example a significant route change), we will tell you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a refund of the affected portion.

Force majeure och lokala förhållanden

Morocco travel can be affected by weather, road conditions, strikes, public-health measures, security advice, or other events beyond reasonable control. In those cases we may adapt the itinerary for safety while preserving the spirit of the trip where possible. Refunds for force majeure depend on what we can recover from suppliers; we will act in good faith and keep you informed. Travel insurance that covers cancellation and interruption is strongly recommended.

Ändringar som du begär

After confirmation, date changes, hotel upgrades, extra nights, or route changes are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments or supplier fees. We will confirm any extra cost in writing before applying the change. Minor on-the-road adjustments agreed with your guide for comfort or timing are part of a private tour and do not usually change the price.

Resenärens ansvar

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations if required, and suitable travel insurance. Please provide accurate passport details and arrival information in good time. Follow local laws and reasonable safety guidance from your guide. Behaviour that endangers the group, staff, or partners may lead to termination of services without refund for unused days.

Ansvar

We take care in selecting partners and organising your trip. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, by third-party suppliers acting outside our instructions, or by your own decisions (for example optional activities declined safety advice). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for a booking is generally limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except in cases of fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow such a limit.

Klagomål

If something is wrong during the trip, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we can try to fix it on the spot. After the trip, write to [email protected] within 14 days with your booking reference and details. We will investigate and reply as soon as we can.

Uppdateringar

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new bookings made after the update. For an existing confirmed booking, the terms shared at confirmation (including your quote) continue to apply unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
